Baked Marmalade Chicken

I would like to recommend this blog's recipe, Baked Marmalade Chicken , it looks good and delicious, here is the recipe of Suanie:

The Chicken:
- 4 chicken pieces

The Marinade:
- 2 tbsp marmalade (preferably chunky)
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- a sprinkle of ground black pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 50ml orange juice
