Pear and Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Pear and Goat Cheese Bruschetta

When I see this recipe, I like it simple way to do it, "pear and cheese", or may be you do not have pear, you can instead of another fruit like apple, peach or your favorite fruits.
Adapted from Orgasmic Chef 
  • 1 red onion very finely diced
  • 2 firm pears finely diced
  • 2 tablesp finely sliced chives
  • 320 grams Goat Cheese
  • 125 mls of Bittons Lemon Dressing
  • 1 tablesp Bittons Orange Jelly to serve
  1. Combine all ingredients except lemon dressing
  2. Add dressing to taste and to combine
  3. Spoon onto toasted bruschetta
  4. Using a small spoon, drizzle completed bruschetta with orange jelly to serve
