Paula Deen Recipe: Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Orange Chipotle Mayonnaise
A delicious twist on grilled cheese.

- 1/2 pound Smithfield Deli Sliced Black Forest Ham
- 8 teaspoons horseradish sauce
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split
- 1/2 pound sliced sharp Cheddar or American cheese
- 1/2 cup jarred corn relish
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread bottoms of ciabatta rolls with 2 teaspoons horseradish each. Layer ham, cheese, and corn relish on sauce. Replace tops, and wrap individually in aluminum foil.
Bake sandwiches until hot, 15 minutes. Serve hot.
