Ingredients:
3-cup all-purpose flour
3 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
Pinch of baking soda
1-cup water
3 tbsp yogurt
Directions:
Method:
Dissolve yeast in 3 tbsp milk and 2 tsp of sugar.
Leave it for 15 minutes.
Sift dry ingredients and mix it with wet ingredients along with the yeast mixture.
Knead the dough for 15 minutes.
Cover and let it rest for 3 hours or until double in size.
With wet or oily hands dived the dough into 7 equal size balls.
Roll each dough into naan shape.
Preheat the oven at highest temperature and bake it till it becomes brownish
Bake one at a time for 1 to 2 minutes.
Cover it in clean cloth to stay warm.
Cook the rest and serve with any type of carry.
Note; it is very important to preheat at highest temperature.
