The Mix
  • 1/3 cup raw rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat organic yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 1 whole small banana
STIR
  • Berries on top
FRIDGE OVERNIGHT
