SWEET SPICY PRAWN RECIPE
Ingredients (Serving for 2)
12 pieces prawns (cut away the atena and devien)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Some ginger (shredded)
1 chilli padi (diced)
1 stalk spring onion (diced)
5 tablespoon ketchup/tomato sauce
Directions
1) Marinate the prawns with 1 teaspoon hua diao wine, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon white vinegar for fifteen minutes.2) Heat the wok with 2 tablespoon of oil.3) Add in the garlic, ginger and chilli padi to fry until fragrance.4) Add in the prawns to stir fry (in high heat) until almost done.5) Add in the ketchup to stir fry until well mixed.6) Sprinkle the spring onion on top and you are ready to serve.
