Takikomi Gohan Meals: Matsutake Gohan (松茸ご飯) | Cooking Japanese Style
Ingredients:
☆ 3 cups rice
☆ 3 cups dashi stock
☆ 3 matsutake mushrooms
☆ 1 abura- age
☆ 3 tbsp sake
☆ 3 tbsp soy sauce
☆ 1/3 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking.
2. Cut the matsutake mushrooms into thinly slice and sprinlke 1 tbsp sake.
3. Soak the abura age in hot water briefly, and cut then half and 1㎝ wide pieces.
4. Put the rice, sake, soy sauce, salt and matsutake mushrooms in a rice cooker and cook as usual.
This recipe Serves 2 ~ 3 people.
